An urban park in the North District of Taichung City, was established during the Japanese colonial period and stands as the city’s oldest park, spanning approximately 32,889 square meters. The Hu Xin Pavilion in the middle of the lake within the park serves as a significant symbol of Taichung City. Since its establishment, the park has continuously incorporated or erected historical-themed memorials, transforming it into a showcase space representing Taichung’s history.
